They haven’t done so yet, though. Not officially.

Like, I know they will (I’m guessing $ 29,990), but we’re still waiting.

I had to google it to figure out what you meant by copper trim - I wasn’t even aware they were doing this. Not sure how I feel about it. Copper looks cool in general, and I’m all for something different, but whether that makes it good or not really depends on the application. (G80 pics for reference)

Around the centercaps... that’s cool. Subtle. I like this.

I also kinda like having just the inner ring of the grille accented in copper, though I definitely wouldn’t want the whole grille to be copper.

When it comes to interiors, I love when automakers offer interesting options besides the ubiquitous grey/black/tan, and set against a nice brown or something, copper stitching might look really sharp. Definitely not with this grey/black combo that looks like something out of pimp my ride.

Copper can be really cool when applied sparingly, but it can also clash horribly with other design elements and too much of it can quickly ruin a good thing. It reminds me of when Jeep decided to put that awful rose-gold shitty  plastic trim in the Grand Cherokee. 

But I can almost assure you that you won’t be able to get copper trim with your manual, because the industry trend is to make it exceedingly difficult, if not impossible, to get a manual with any other cool options.

Wrong. Best thing they can do is scrap the Veloster and sell us the i30 N instead for around $30k.
